Personal Calendar Sync reads selected Outlook and Google calendar events, including titles, descriptions, locations, start and end times, all-day status, availability, categories, event identifiers, and modification information. It may read recurrence and meeting metadata to identify events and determine whether they are supported. It does not send meeting invitations or copy attendee lists into new mirror appointments.
Calendar information is used to compare and synchronize copies, prevent duplicates, detect conflicts and missing copies, provide notifications, and support recovery.
Google Calendar: selected event fields are read or written through Google’s Calendar API after the owner grants access.
Pushover: notifications contain event titles, start times, calendar names, and the kind or direction of a change. They omit event descriptions and locations.
ChatGPT or Codex: when the owner chooses to review calendar changes there, the review may include event details and local application records. Those interactions are subject to the owner’s account and workspace settings.
The synchronization program itself does not call an AI API. It does not sell calendar data or use it for advertising.
Pairing records, event snapshots, activity logs, and recovery backups are stored on the owner’s Windows PC. These records can contain readable event details. Google refresh tokens and Pushover credentials are protected with Windows user encryption. Google client configuration is stored locally.
Local records are retained until the owner removes them; automatic retention cleanup is not currently implemented. The owner should stop synchronization and preserve needed recovery records before removing local pairing state.
The owner can pause the app, remove its scheduled task, disable Pushover, or revoke Google access through the Google Account’s third-party access settings. Revoking access stops future authorized API access; it does not itself remove existing calendar copies or local records.
Potential deletions are held for review. The app deletes a surviving linked event or individual occurrence only after the owner approves that specific request and its current identity and contents are checked again. Whole-series deletions remain held. Outlook and Google Calendar provide their respective recovery controls.
This site contains no calendar dashboard, sign-in form, calendar contents, or credentials. The app adds no analytics to these pages. Google Sites may process ordinary visitor information under Google’s own privacy practices.
This application is maintained for its owner’s personal use. The developer contact is the support email shown on the app’s Google consent screen.
