Personal Calendar Sync keeps selected Classic Outlook and Google calendars in step. It runs on its owner’s Windows PC and has no public signup or hosted calendar dashboard.
The app compares event titles, descriptions, locations, dates and times, all-day status, and busy/free availability. It supports standalone appointments and selected daily or weekly recurring events. Hidden identifiers and local pairing records help prevent duplicates; conflicting or unsupported changes wait for review.
Pushover provides notifications for verified copies and edits, and for possible deletions. A missing linked copy is preserved until the owner explicitly approves that specific deletion and the app checks the event again. Whole-series deletions remain held.
The owner can pause synchronization, change its interval and date window, or revoke Google access. The app does not send meeting invitations or copy attendee lists into new mirror appointments.
Calendar access is used only to synchronize the selected calendars, detect conflicts, deliver notifications, and support recovery. Local records remain on the owner’s PC. Event fields are sent to Google Calendar for synchronization, and limited event information is sent to Pushover for notifications.
